"The rudest and most arrogant customer service I have EVER experienced. Suggestion - if you don’t like dealing with the public then don’t take a customer service role. I got told off for not ordering the two subs I needed at the same time, got told salads weren't included in the second one despite the lady asking which salads I wanted. I’ve always been able to ‘build my own sub’ with the salads of my choice in the past. Apparently that’s too much trouble for the incredibly rude staff at the Endeavour Hills store. If i could give a negative score I would. Safe to say I’ll never visit this store again."
