"French Island General Store,also known as FIGS is must visit place if you ever visit French Island National Park. This store has everything you need. I found some stuffs which is even can't find in Coles too. They have a great range of alcohol to sell as well as the food is really yummy. You should have your meal here. The owner is really friendly and her service is super. And also you can hire bike if you need to cycle around the island. It will cost $30 per day which is worth. But make sure you select a good cycle with gears and break as most of them are not in good condition. But the genaral store offers you everything. It opens around 9 am and it also has fuel."
"Had a real friendly and excellent experience. Even on a weekday the store was open and we were able to order some coffees that were very reasonably priced. Toilet facilities were nice/clean and the space around the shop was rustic and inviting. Will definitely return here and to the island in the future."

"Store that offers good supplies for campers, has hot food and drink (even alcohol), tables to recharge, and toilets. We hired bikes to ride around the island. I've taken a couple stars off due to the bikes being in extremely poor condition. there's about 20 bikes to choose from and each of them had something wrong with them, brakes that didn't work, lower or upper gears that wouldn't work, seats that wouldn't lower or raise (also shoddy helmets). they were so hard to ride around the island especially going up hills, trekking through sandy roads and trying to dodge large rocks. these bikes aren't worth the $30 hire. they are in serious need of repair."
