"I regularly shop at this store, but Saturday 10.12.2022 I was served by a young boy named Robert who first asked me if I wanted my receipt which I said Yes, but forgot to give it to me until i asked for it again $419.00. He then forgot to give me the beef jerky I paid for, but I didn't realised he forgot to put it in the box until I got home to my guests. I then called the store spoke to Azra who instead of apologising he basically said it's here on the bench you want it come get it. I had to leave my guess drive back to store to pick it up. On my arrival Azra again kept arguing with me saying it's my responsibility to my sure I take what I paid for, When I asked for a simple apology he basically said WHY should I I didn't serve you in a very rude manner, I said I was going to report him to his manager he said I don't care do what you want. This person is Not fit to look after store, un professional, poor customer service rude, aggressive, inexperienced, won't take responsibility for the mistake made. I spent thousands of Dollars at this store but this is it ,I won't shop here again. I gave 1 star to shopping basket."
