"Very dry, bland and cold burger. We also got some gravy and chips. Unfortunately dropped the gravy on the way out and went in to get another one, which we paid for again of course. Was given a cold gravy from the fridge, the lady microwaved it for a few seconds, but it was completely cold by the time we sat down to eat a couple of mins later. The chips were overcooked and dry. Basically had to throw our entire lunch in the bin. Time and money wasted."
