"Ok, so fast food is fast food, but when 2 burgers cost 23 bucks, you can fairly edict some quality. The roadhouse bef whopper was ok, but the fried chicken roadhouse butter was utter garbage. His can you burn fried chicken? The chicken patty was hard as a rock on the edges super salty and smothered in so much mayonnaise I was covered in it. Never again... I wish I'd just bought the double beef roadhouse."

"Had a mixed experience of customer service here HJ's. The young lady who took the order and payment through the drive-thru was delightful. She had lovely manners, displayed great customer service skills and was very pleasant. However this completely changed at the next window. The woman who was serving food out the window (Sunday 16/7 at around 1pm) appeared rushed and careless as she practically threw the food at us with minimal interaction. She closed the window abruptly before we could mention we were waiting on a drink. After about 30 seconds she made her way back over to ask why were still waiting and then told us there was no drink on our order. After offering us a receipt it became evident she just hadn't read the order properly as she returned with the drink and handed to us without an apology or acknowledgment of her mistake. If she had the same manners and customer service skills as the woman at the first window I might've been more inclined to give 5 stars for service, but that was an absolute joke."
"While ordering we were rushed by one of the staff Hailey over the intercom which I found quite rude. The staff here really need to be trained on their hospitality as we had just come from Mc Donals on plenty road and the staff there were kind and did not rush us staying on the intercom the whole time till our order was done. I felt bad having to put this up, however it’s happened afew times here and it would be ideal for staff could get more training within their position."
