"Tried to order something vegan, the staff couldn't tell me what my options were and got frustrated. They asked if i was joking and to look on their website if i wanted something. The website does not tell you the dietary options. No indian food for me tonight :("

"Indian Hub used to be our regular indian takeaway. Food quality and service has gone downhill recently. Curries are very watery with not much flavour. Samosas are now tiny with not much filling. Wait times for pick up are 2x longer than they state even on quiet nights. The staff member repeatedly argued with my husband about the spelling of his given name - I think he knows how his name is spelled…"

"Poor service, totally disorganised, customers were coming in a sick of waiting to have presets taken and leaving. I waited 1 1/2 hours for my takes away pick up. Will not be going back. There are better Indian places around"

"Indian hub was recommended to me for its delicious butter chicken and while I agree it was delicious (if a little sweet which is ironic coming from me as I like it on the sweet side, so if you don’t this is definitely not for you) but I found the service poor. We sat with dirty plates for eons despite asking for them to be cleared. The chicken tikka entree was yummy, very succulent and flavoursome, but I didn’t particularly enjoy the garlic naan so I would get rice as an alternative accompaniment if I ever returned"

"I moved to this area two years ago and thought there was no chance of every finding Indian food the way I like it. I was wrong. Everything was perfect and it didn’t take very long to arrive through door dash either. Thank you"
