"My sister had booked and paid for Party Higher to provide the silent disco for my husband's 40th birthday. She phoned them on the Monday prior to the party to just confirm everything and to ensure all was going according to plan. On the evening of the party, they just did not show up. There was no communication, they didn't phone to let us know what was happening and my sister had an extremely difficult time trying to reach them. Everyone at the party was disappointed and I just can't believe that this sort of thing actually happens. We had organised food and a bar to come to the party and all their services arrived and were professional in providing their services even if they hadn't been paid for yet but Party Higher that was paid for in advance did not show up. My poor sister's night was ruined trying to phone them all night and she just couldn't enjoy herself because she was mortified even if she did nothing wrong. They then said that they were going to arrive immediately and they didn't arrive until more than 3 hours later and that was after around 2 hours of chasing them up. After most of the guests had left, they offered to come and said that they would give her half what she had paid as a refund for turning up almost 5 hours late, after all but a handful of guests were left. Absolutely shocking service."
