Hungry Jack's Burgers Heatherton 420 Warrigal Road, Moorabbin, Victoria 3189

"This was my first Hungry Jacks experience, the food was ok, I guess cause I am not a big fan of fast food, but the staff and service are amazing. Nice and big with lots of seating space."

"Disappointing, the onion rings were cold and replaced. The burger was missing the cheese. Half the staff were busy cleaning or doing stock take with only 1 person taking orders while the customer queue was just growing. You try focusing on customer service and getting the order correct."

"We went here after visiting a loved one in hospital so just wanted to sit & eat in peace for a few minutes but I couldn't believe the manager was telling off one of the staff in full view of all the customers, for being late go out the back & do that it's not a good look when your boss is standing there going off & swearing while customers are there. Then to hear one of the staff members to ask those behind the counter how long a certain burger had been sitting out & how 2 of them had been sick after eating one,which I had actually eaten few minutes before. As if all that wasn't bad enough we watch a staff member walk out of the kitchen go into the toilet with their apron still on then go back into the kitchen without washing their hands. I will never go there again after seeing that. I understand they are mostly young people that work there but come on."

"Hungry Jackson across many stores have dropped the ball with lack of quality in food and service,experienced in many stores, not just this one. Back to this store, staff clearly don't listen, requested an angry whopper no cheese, no bacon, only a little sauce. What came out in a bag was the exact opposite, with everything and what made it worse was the fact the whole burger was cold. Not even warm. I only found out after I took off in my ride. So angry!. And no, an apology won't fix it!"
