"First time trying, and they managed to forget to give us a burger. Pretty poor effort especially when it's dead quiet. Burgers are basically the same as hungry jacks (flat, dry, and more American cheese than flavour), chips are decent, but it's really not that hard to double check an order before handing it off. Especially when we have to correct the order once in store, then find it's wrong again when at home. Paying for no product sucks, and store credit is a pretty sub-par fix, makes an assumption that we'll be back to risk it again."
"Visited at 9:00pm on a weekday, very quiet and not busy at all. New looking restaurant that seems to have a "coldness" about it, rather than a warm welcoming feel. I think this could be from the open warehouse style ceilings and industrial style lighting. Staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the menu items to us as we were unfamiliar with them. Burgers were fine, but not great, especially for the price. Advertised as Chargrilled, but I didn't get that chargrill flavour I expected, like at a Hungry Jacks or Grill'd. Meat had an unusual fatty taste to it which was not great. I really liked the obviously fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onion on my tropical Angus. Chips and onion rings were great, fresh and crispy but the waffle fries were a disappointment, soggy and soft. The chicken burger was the best of the 3 burgers we had. Really liked the bottomless self serve soft drinks. Toilets had obviously not been cleaned for a while. Not sure if food quality was a one off, bit of hit or miss, as quite a few other reviewers have also indicated issues. So a bit of a disappointment overall, especially for the relatively high price. I would try them again though, although at this stage just for the novelty and to try a few other menu items."
"I will not order their breakfast option anymore. It's just doesn't taste good nor does look good. Chef don't know how to cook scramble eggs. Totally disappointed! Will still go for burger though."
"Daniyeru's Detailed Review: Start of Service 2.5/5 *You walk in, order when ready. No greeting was attempted or acknowledgement of own existence until my mouth opened to place order. Yet, still was no hello. Went straight to taking the order. Service could be worked on here if improvements are wanted by management. Not to say it was bad, it was just non existent. Food 3/5 *Ko Burger was made fresh with only the freshest ingredients as can be seen. Even the burger wrapping is perfection. However, the burger was just lacking a punch that burgers need these days with fierce competition to stand out. *Original Angus burger also as mentioned above, lacked a real kick to stand out from the competition. * * Value 4/5 *Burgers are voluminous and will get you full, however I can't say I enjoyed it with my socks knocked off good, it was below overall burger market competition. *Free drink refills were absolutely great. It always is isn't it! Atmosphere 5/5 *Everyrhing is really clean and decked out very well. It's enjoyable to sit and dine. End of Service 2.5/5 *Food is placed to your table, with very little enthusiasm. Again, not rude or bad, just non existent."
