"Keep away from this place! They are irresponsible and dishonest. I ordered 5 whooper combos for delivery and they sent me 5 burgers (which were cold by the way), 5 drinks and only 2 service of chips instead of 5 as I paid for. I called the store to request my 3 missing service of chips to be sent to my house as I paid for them and the only solution they offered was for me to make another order online (and spend more money) and they would include the missing chips in that second order, I was like “SERIOUSLY you are refusing to send me the chips that I paid for unless I order something else online and spend more money?, I am not asking you for anything free, I am asking you to deliver the food I paid for. They are basically thieves! They kept on making excuses that they don’t do deliveries, that it’s Menulog or Uber Eats or whatever, even though I made my order through the Hungry Jack’s website directly, I didn’t use any other 3rd party company. If they offer delivery, they must have the ability to solve problems like missing items instead of telling people they can’t do anything, I would understand if the error had been from the driver, but it was THEIR ERROR not to pack all the items I ordered and paid for. I wasted my money and my time and didn’t get any solution. Very disappointed!"
"Being a fast food location, I would’ve expected the service to be timely, if not at least pleasant. Neither of these were the case. Staff are not only slow, but obnoxiously rude and seem irritated by the fact you’ve come to their workplace. Can’t imagine what it’s like working there if this is the way staff treat customers."
"Drive thru tonight I couldn't be any happier. Young lady (Liv) took my order, then relayed it back to me perfectly. Received the order and all of it correct. What impressed me the most was when she handed the food over she did it with a smile.. 10/10 for customer service"
