"I have been there nearly everyday this week, and all the staff have been great. One guy stands out and that is Kristian. I have seen him there several nights now, and his demeanour was nothing but friendly and professional. Tonight I saw him manning two registers at once, while also keeping his cool, and also remembering me as a customer (he remembered i dont want a bag). This is someone the company needs to keep, unfortunately usually someone the company will exploit"
