Always the wrong order staff are always miserable and grumpy and especially today have a attitude towards you, definitely the worst hungry jacks I've ever been to in Australia wouldn't recommend coming here if you are gonna starve to death, go to KFC across the road, lovely staff and great food"

"Food given to us, one burger shouldn't have had sauce but did, had food for five minutes and coffee and cokes still had not been done, I asked if she could do my drinks as my food is now cold. She was so rude. She placed my 3 drinks on the counter I said can I please have a cup tray, she ignored me and started making a drink for the next order. I said excuse me another girl looking at the screens turned to me and pointed to the screens and said can't you see how busy we are. I told her I don't care how busy you are get me a tray I've waited long enough and my food is cold. Maybe try finishing an order off completely before you move on to the next order. To the rude girl, it is people coming into the store keeping you in a job, so go get some customer service training. NOT IMPRESSED"

"July 10 at 22.38pm I Decided to return through Drive-Thru after "Clare" initially refunded my card for an order that was messed up. After refunding my card she gave a pretend smile and slammed the window in my face. I returned to the Drive-Thru window at 22.38pm ( 12 minutes after the refund was reluctantly given ) and told her slamming the window in someone's face is poor form. She said it was because they "were busy." I asked if she was the manager on duty. She said yes. I asked what her name was, as she didn't have a name tag on for being in such a role. She said her name was "Clare." "Clare" had an answer for everything. "I do, but I washed my clothes earlier today." I got back to her being rude and tried to explain that there were better ways of talking to customers. "Did you come back just to say that?" she said sarcastically. So not only did she double down on her initial rudeness, she decided to sprinkle in a little insolence with it. What is going on with such employees? Slamming windows in customers' faces. "I do, but I washed my clothes today" reasons for not wearing name badges, "Did you come back just to say that?" sarcastic responses. Never returning there again."

"Was here this morning, 21 June 2023. The store has an "open 24-hour" signage, but it's close. Waited for 30 minutes past 7 am before someone opened the door. Ordered for a kid's nugget meal, but there's no toy and nuggets, which we get are cold and old! Worst latte and ice chocolate. The Indian lady at the counter was busy wasting her time flirting with her Indian male colleague! There's no sign of professionalism! She's just taking her time to prepare our orders since her focus is more on her Indian colleague. Onion rings seemed cooked since last night! The store is way too dirty. Will never ever come back, neither recommend."

"My order had a very slight issue with it, so I had to line up again in the drive through and get it rectified. Employee cassa + whoever was the chef tonight: went above and BEYOND to make my order correct. Absolutely ecstatic with how nice and apologetic they were to rectify the issue and fix up my order! Absolutely lovely people and just so pleasured with the customer service I received back! I will DEFINITELY be back here just for the customer service I received alone!"
