Reviews
"It takes alot for me to bother writing a bad review about a store, particularly a local one but my experience today left me feeling upset and rattled. The man (I won't call refer to him as a gentleman - he was anything but) was unfriendly, rude and condescending for no reason. I understand people are low right now due to COVID 19, but that's no excuse to be hostile towards a customer. I will not be returning."
"Not surprised to see similar reports. The most aggressive and unpleasant man works here. Don’t bother with convenience. Turn left or right and you’ll find another bottle shop. Disgusting"
"Good prives but sometimes not as cheap as Dan Murphy's"
"This is the worst store I’ve ever been in. There was an old guy working in the store. He was leaning back at the counter. I was with my friend and we were deciding what beer to buy. And my friend was pointing at the shelves on the fridge. And the store attendant barked at us saying not to touch the glasses. He started shouting at us. He told us never to come in the store again. My friend told him sorry at least 20 times. But he kept on shouting at us. He was very abusive. I would give this store 0 star if it was possible. It was a very bad experience. I don’t know why he was so rude at us. It was around 6.30 to 7.00pm on 27 February 2021. I hope someone from this store reviews his behaviour and take necessary actions."
"I went to Chambers Cellars on Monday 15 Feb 2021 around 6pm. The store attendant was very rude with customers, being very impatient about the conditions of the promotion that was running (the exclusions made it difficult for the customers to navigate and the signage in the store were confusing) and making some out of place comments. I would not recommend this store."
