"Terrible staff. Been refused to buy ICE BAGS as I haven’t had an ID, the worst part behind this was the attitude of Steve who introduced himself as the manager and licensee. I’m a licensee myself and I think the refusal was totally inappropriate. But the fact of him telling me I have no idea and being completely rude about it was the upsetting part behind that. A simple, ‘sorry house policy’ would have been acceptable, but he was calling me names I rather not repeat. Worst customer service ever!"
