Reviews
"We were the first in and had a fantastic experience. The lady was lovely and let us know everything was cooked to order and I could hear the wok sizzle in the background as we sipped our green tea. Everything we ordered were items I've had at other yum cha places yet these were all improved in flavour. The stand outs were the fried pork dumplings (torpedo shaped) crispy on the outside and silky outside. The salt and pepper calamari where insanely delicious. The prawn and chive hargow were an explosion of flavour. Do yourself a flavour and check it out."
"We randomly found this little place as we couldn't decide what to eat. They have a really good variety of choices on the menu. Pork & veg was enjoyable, kids loved the octopus/squid legs. Seasoning was amazing. Honey chicken was perfect. nasi goreng was okay but quite sweet which became sickening. Service was fantastic. Overall, loved this place and hopefully be able to return again soon."
"Great dumplings that are always fresh and tasty. Great range to choose from as well and the size of them is generous. The chicken curry laksa - big tick. This place isn’t fancy but doesn’t need to be. Staff are great. The menu is comprehensive and here is something for everyone. Dietaries are catered for - just let the staff know. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Reasonable parking."
"Whilst the service was very friendly and efficient, and the prices rather low, the food was very disappointing. My parents and I had pork ribs in black bean sauce, pad Thai and calamari (all pictured), as well as prawn crackers, prawn paper rolls, spring rolls, pork dumplings, and chicken satay skewers. Most of the food looked and tasted like it was pre-packed and frozen. The chicken skewers and pork ribs were mostly fat and the sauces were over salted on a lot of things. If they tried using some better ingredients and maybe a different chef then I’d give it a try again, as it stands, we won’t be going back."
