"Watched the owner (man on the grill) serve a customer wearing his gloves, take cash money in his gloves hand and then use that same glove hand to touch the wraps! What is wrong with people?? This is after Covid and people who run a business are engaging in unhygienic food practices! Money is DIRTY and people who prepare food should not be taking money and touching food! There are people who are auto immune and they can get sick from this, anyone can get sick considering the bacteria on money. If this is the owner showing his employees unhygienic practices then that is frightening. I called him out and did not order and he just looked at me. Beware, This place is unhygienic!"

"It's a shame how some customers love to shame the business but don't state how they act towards the employees. Some of the reviews on this page are simply fake or completely exaggerated. A review was placed 2 weeks ago (not mentioning any names) customer stated she was abused and treated badly. I was there when this so called abuse occurred and it was completely not the case but the complete opposite. Don't spend half an hour looking at the menu and then feel ignored when they serve customers waiting behind you. You are not gods gift to earth. This is a fast food takeaway restaurant not a dine in restaurant where they have 10 different waiters waiting to take your order. If you're unsure about what's in specific foods, RESEARCH IT! If you have time to leave a review then you have plenty of time to research the ingredients in sauces. Especially since they provide a full website sharing any food sensitivity requirements. If you want to name and shame a business make sure it's the actual truth, not what you wanted made up in your head simply just to bring a business down."

"It’s a shame I have to give even one star to leave this review. My friend and I attended Le Wrap and she ordered a chicken wrap where the lady behind the counter just stared at us, did not greet us and was very unimpressed. After a few minutes i decided to order a wrap, the “manager” took my order at the register and I asked him what the ‘South West’ dressing was and his reply was “I don’t know”. You work here and you don’t know. I asked to speak to the manager and he claimed that he was the manager. My friend started recording and started swearing and refused to give her money back. My heavily pregnant friend and I copped abuse and it wasn’t even close to the store closing. I’m absolutely shocked and appalled and as soon as he realised she was recording and declared her pregnancy, this man threw the money across the counter. Do not ever come to this place, it is not safe to eat here, and the staff are completely disrespectful. Disgusting service."

"Large moth in chicken salad, so gross. When it was returned they were barely apologetic, offered another one to be made but had lost appetite by then. They ended up giving a refund but certainly weren't as shocked as us by the moth in our food."

"I was greeted with a warm and amazing smile. Flabbergasted at the low prices. Amazed at being able to watch the guy cook my lamb meat. I got the Morrocan lamb wrap. It was was quite nice. The hot chips were amazing, I've been to other le wraps and they just are not as good, I can't wrap my head around why (pun intended). I will definitely be back. 100% best place to eat in the Westfield."
