"Had a booking, received text day before to re-confirm, turned up and they are closed due to a fire, but never contacted anyone. Fair enough just call your clients, text, email anything but radio silence and still nothing. Pretty sure management have access to their own database. Last time i booked they cancelled last minute that morning. 3 other people i spoke with had the same experience with Eltham endota and were told they would contact them to rebook. Never did."

"In all the years I’ve visited Endota Spa Eltham, their expertise and customer service has always been exceptional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would and always refer them to family and friends. Kate in particular would have to be the nicest and most accommodating staff member I’ve dealt with there. My most recent visit was an example of how helpful and professional she is. I needed to purchase a gift voucher for a friend and even though the team was short staffed and very busy, Kate still took the time to explain all the packages available and guide me to the best purchase. Thanks Kate and team, see you soon for my next visit."

"I have booked a facial for this morning and have asked their staff to wear mask due to the fact that they would be breathing right above me. I have to be careful due to my own health and had to avoid catching flu or covid. Then 20min before appointment their manager Kate calls me to inform me that they will not be accomodating my request to wear a mask as they are no longer required too. Kate was very rude and condescending with me. She ended up canceling my appointment and basically she hung up on me. I’m now making an offical complaint through their head office and will follow up further. I would give them a minus star if I could. Further to response from the owner: Actually you did not offer me alternative appointments at all, Kate advised me that you no longer have to wear masks and that majority of your staff have medical conditions where they can not wear them. There was absolutely no consideration for my medical situation at all. I was encouraged to book an appointment at another location and Kate has hung up on me. This all has taken place 20min prior to my appointment after I have had to reschedule an entire day to be able to attend. I don’t usually go to places like this and I have made Kate aware that I have a voucher that is about to expire and that I’m trying to use it however I need to be careful. Since this was a facial your staff would literally be breathing 10cm from above me and you couldn’t accommodate me and help me protect my health by just simply wearing a mask. Kate was rude and condescending and I’m now going to make a further complaint to consumer affairs!"
