"We all know what maccas is, and where they often succeed and fail, so I'll not do the thing. I also know after working in many different industries and roles that McDonald's management is honestly by far the hardest employee position I've ever held. What I will do is take the opportunity to communicate to the management where they could improve as someone with quite a bit of personal experience. I saw a man standing at the counter patiently waiting to order, there were at least 3 managers within 5 meters of him not taking any notice, and a few crew. I ended up taking his order for him though the kiosk, I really wanted to pull aside one of the managers there and just give them a little advice. Quite often we also get deliveries from here, and it's more often than not that it is incorrect or very poor quality. I do understand how hard it can be, I really do, but I thought this was a great way to let you know just a little about how the business is from a customer perspective. "I’ve only used drive through and the service has been absolutely exceptional. The coffee is full and I haven’t had an issue yet. There’s a lovely lady (Amarlee) that serves in the early mornings and she gives 100% customer service perfection every time."
