Delivery within three (3) business working days, I did receive this a little earlier, it was perfect. As I was having a special function. "Having decided not to buy any more (after having to send some back last time) and after 90 mins on the phone, I reluctantly purchased what I thought was a selection of top-quality, fine wines. I made a note of the ones I'd been promised and parted with a chunk of money. When they arrived I was most disappointed to discover that NONE of the wines I'd been promised were in the box! Instead, they looked like a cheap selection of cheap labels and cheap bottles (not a punt to be seen!). I emailed straight away but didn't hear back for several weeks, when I was given several excuses and told my money would be refunded once the bottles had been received their end. I persuaded them to refund me on collection and am currently awaiting Australia Post to return their cheap selection of mixed wines. Will never trust this company again."

"For my experience with Just Wines I would not recommend dealing with them on the basis of after sales service. My frustration has come about by wanting to return wine. I have spoken to no less that 4 people over a six week period and still no credit for goods returned. This organisation is sales focused only. The saga continues, rang last Friday to follow up return and credit, used #4 on the auto menu for returns. As usual the message states all the operators are busy please request a call back. Well again as usual no call back. I rang today, Monday #4 menu, (guess what). I call back and go to sales and blow me down I get to speak to someone. Go though the whole story again only to be told that I should be advising Just Wines when the goods are delivered back to their warehouse, this is after me taking the return goods to Australia post because a home pickup did not take place as advised. Just Wines Website Extract: "All refunds are processed within 7 days of your request or from the date that the wines are returned to us". Whilst writing this review I have now received a notice of intent to pay the credit. By the way I am a real Just Wines customer writing a real review about my experience. I am resolute in my follow through and will test the soundness of Just Wines self assessed robust returns and service policy."
