"The woman at the counter in this location today needs to be performance managed. She behaves like she is forced to engage with customers and does so with the bare minimum service. No smile. If you don’t like customer service find another job! No one is forcing you to work in service and frankly you are not good at all at it. Interaction was dull-that’s fine-entering my mobile number seemed to be such a boring task for her. Then I go to pay- My Apple Pay finished processing and didn’t go thru to the “4 lights” on the pin pad the first couple times -instead of offering help or anything personable she just kept repeating in a very robotic voice the same thing about the 4 lights. She should be made aware of her attitude so she can rethink her job choices."

"I loved their ear piercing services! I got it 6 months ago and today I came back to ask them to help me take out the ear rings. The lady who did the piercing for me still remembered me and helped me again in a very professional and friendly way. Highly recommended!"

"The lady pharmacist working today the 14th of June 2023 between 9.45 and 9.50 at Priceline World Square is the rudest, most condescending person and should not be working behind the counter. When asked a simple question was met with resistance and a couldn’t be bothered attitude, did not bother to look and didn’t even acknowledge our existence.I will return to update her name for this review. If she hates the job so much she should find a new profession."

"The front staff (cashier) i think she's need coffee. Just went there today 26/04/23. 9.15am.. no smile not greeting the customer. Only played with her phone. I think she's come to work with easy money. Standing, playing phone, no smile.. really sorry to the priceless company.. have to spend salary to wrong person."

"Edit: 1* Not sure what happened. Did the owner or the management change? Staff is still nice. However, the store looks abandoned in terms of stock and cleanliness. I can understand if items are not available but the store is very dirty. The floor has stains of products such as make up and nail polish, used tissues where products should be, prices for sale offers not updated, smudgy/dirty testers and not many things available in general. Avoid if possible. There is another one on George St or Castlereagh St I've been coming to this priceline since years and never had anything negative to say. Reading other reviews regarding one particular cashier lady upsets me. Some people seem to be ignorant. She might not be a social butterfly but she does her job right. Greets customers, asks for the priceline card, asks if you need a bag and takes your money. I wonder why people think they are entitled to someone's smile. I wish people could look past their expectations and instead appreciate someone's work for what it is."
