"Worst place to ask for your tax refund. They dont know anything about ATO. They dont know how to do the claim. The service its the worst I had ever experience. They lasted more than two month. I had to call every day. They confused and put that I has not resident for tax porpuses, also suggested to lie about it to ATO. The agent did everything wrong, didn't know how to claim and even worst how to make a bank transference. The agent transfered the money to my supper account instead my net savers. Terrible people. Please never trust this people they are not profesionals."
