"Service is so slow and also very dry. I wait at the counter they see me and serve others or continue about their business. A little yes ill be with upu on a sec would be nice. Then theu don't tell you how long till your prescription will be ready so you wait there for 15 min only for them to tell you to come back .. I return after a while and the have to wait again to be served. Absolutely a joke. And nobody smiles."

"I have been into this pharmacy to make purchases a few times and always found them to be extremely efficient and polite. However today was the exception. I went into a buy the generic version of Ventolin which I have been using for ten years and always buy over the counter at the dispensary. It is schedule 3.This medicine was verified as being available on PBS from September 1, 2022, but you do not require a script for it. I asked for a price on it and said I would actually take two as I do not go out to shop very often. The woman who served me was not very well informed and she went to speak to the pharmacist who wanted all my personal details just buy it and also wanted to record me on their system. Why? I have now lodged a complaint with the Pharmacy Council due to the manner in which I was treated and incorrect information being provided. I had no issue with buying two from another pharmacy"
