"I have had to visit ED at NBH multiple times due to my daughters history of asthma attacks. The service at the pharmacy located in the main foyer has always been great. The pharmacists and technicians there always go the extra mile to be helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I have always had a positive experience at this pharmacy since the staff are always happy to answer my questions and help me feel reassured that I know how to administer my daughters asthma medications. "Not so epic. Lacking empathy , long waits and honestly watching the way they deal with the public ( who are almost forced to deal with them as they are in the base of the hospital and have the monopoly ) made me uncomfortable in the past . Then how they dealt with myself post a very vulnerable procedure . Not a fan . Would literally go anywhere to avoid giving them my money."
