Chemist Warehouse Hillsdale 238-262 Bunnerong Road, Hillsdale, New South Wales 2036

"I gave this Chemist Warehouse one star because zero stars wasn't a option. People rely on chemists when they are in need. Yet Marisa who apparently is the manager and somehow runs this Chemist wasn't able to fill in an e-prescription (because her system was down) even though she had all my details which I was happy to email to her/chemist warehouse including drives licence and anything else she may of required/needed. She then also told me wrong information, stating that it wasn't just her chemist that wasn't able to provide e-prescriptions (that all the chemist warehouse stores were down and won't fill any e-prescriptions today including mine) and to try my luck the following day. Well I did manage to get my e-prescription filled at another Chemist Warehouse, who were happy to take down my details. Regardless if the system is down or not, medicines are essential and your stuff should be trained on how to provide the service regardless of the systems operational status. Maybe also get this incompetent manager and stuff some training so they too can provide a descent service like the store in Maroubra who can think outside the box and manually perform this task. After reading other reviews on google about this store (in particular in charge of the prescriptions) seems to be a reoccurring issue."

"Service is extremely slow. Have to wait for 20 minutes just for a couple of prescriptions where there were only 2 other customers waiting. Staff at the dispensary talked too much over the phone answering questions while others were not around. Poor management!"

"As a regular customer I was very upset by the pharmacist today who was lacking understanding and empathy when I needed my meds a couple of days early because of travelling overseas. Also I have been waiting for a particular med for 2 months and have in desperation gone to another chemist who were 100 times more helpful. This pharmacy really needs to lose their take it or leave it attitude before it’s customers leave them."

"If I could give this zero stars I would as today I asked if I should wait on line to purchase perfume or if someone would come over to the area. Directed to wait on line. Finally it’s my turn and I’m told to step aside as someone has to come open the cupboard to take them out. Then I get the items and as paying the Tea Tree spray comes up higher than on shelf. I raise that and I was asked to “show me where it says that” so walked back to the back of the store ( far end of aisle 1) with person in tow to evidence the shelf and pricing and despite 3 signs with the price I was told “it’s wrong” and did I still want it? Or perhaps the eucalyptus as that’s less? Was charged the higher price and not even thanked at the till as clearly I annoyed her but I said thank you. Disappointing given I shop here or in another branch weekly as well as for the pharmacy. Will re-think that."
