"Pharmacist on duty is an idiot. I trust that he is qualified, bit it's hard to communicate with someone who can neither spell your name nor read enough english to dispense the correct medication within 20 minutes. I have waited more than 20 minutes on multiple occasions to have a simple prescription filled, and was even belittled by the pharmacist for trying to explain that I was given the wrong prescription and it needed to be fixed. Waste of time"
"I like it here, most of the staff are nice enough and apologetic for the wait times which can blow out for my prescription when the pharmacist is filling other scripts. Have been a customer here since 2013."
"I called before they closed to order my meds as I ran out. I also called them to confirm if they close at 10:30pm. I arrived before 10:30pm and find they closed early, with the guy at the store making excuses they had to close early as there weren't any customers. How is that my issue? If you tell sometime that you're closing 10:30pm, there is an expectation that you close at that time, not beforehand."
"Not even worth a one star!!! Get away from this toxic shop! The price is higher than the others and having very poor stock, lacking of basic medications and never be bothered to order. Their customer services are far worse than anybody can imagine! Take them ages to get prescriptions ready and they treat you like a criminal if you dare to ask! Poor management! Very rude staffs, never care about people with difficulties!!"
