"Disgusting. I previously gave them 5 stars and have been a loyal customer for many years. I have noticed Oz, the owner getting ruder and short when serving customers over the past few years. This week I witnessed Oz speak horribly to a sales rep, I was appalled to see him belittle a woman and to have customers in the store. The final straw was Tracey, the manager, smirk as she watched on. I always try to support small local businesses but I will get go elsewhere and even get it a little cheaper. If I could give zero stars I would."

"Found the lady there to be really rude. Had purchased a vape the week prior for $25 and was offered 2 vapes for $40 by one of her male colleagues. Then today I went in with my girlfriend and purchased 2 vapes, was charged $50 and I mentioned if it was still 2 for $40? Then she laughed and tried to make out like we were lying about the 2 for $40 deal. No big deal but a simple “no” would have sufficed."
