"Had to wait 20 minutes as the door was closed to pick up my order only to pour myself a glass of my pino that night and spit it across the room. I thought the colour looked wrong and then checked to see if it was the right wine after tasting. It's out of date. Not happy Jan. I usually purchase from Dan Murphy's but didn't this time. That backfired on me."
"From 5 stars to 1 star. Dennis the new (supposed to be) manager has ruined the reputation BWS has had in Mt Druitt!!! 15 year's I have been going to the same place and since his arrival, his staff are now on edge, He is rude not just in person but if you have enquiries over the phone as well. Major attitude problem and it's not just me who has observed this but a few of the very distinguished residents in the area! Management should seriously have him transferred to a smaller store, where he might have the capacity to work as staff rather than in management role!!! Hope to get some response to my review!!! "Great customer service Made my FIRST ever online order and watched the clock for pickup time.. I decided not to wait and drove there. Upon arrival was told he had no idea how I could make a purchase for 2 items, when there were none in stock. After much discussion, then talking with his manager on the phone, because I didn't want money back, his manager authorized him to make me an offer which I accepted and I left VERY happy with 2 similar items."
