"Absolute rip off when it comes to prescription costs and they take unfair advantage of patients leaving the hospital needing to get medication. One antibiotic I needed was $21, only $13 at other chemist's. The worst one was one of my medications cost $21.40, at regular chemist's it's $7, that's more than triple the cost. How is this allowed!? Shame on you!"
"We had purchased prescribed medicine from in this pharmacy, a week a go, Doctor did not use use it in the surgery due to other complication and was asked to return as the item i took from there was sealed and never opened. When I went back to return, I was bluntly said no there is no return. When i asked why, they said that is the policy. 1. Pharmacist attended was very rude and did not have tie to explain. It was the case even while buying. I was surprised to see such a rude person, hospital is not a place people go for fun. 2. There is no board saying returns are not allowed. (I saw some staff returning when i went to buy, may be selective returns or something else) 3. It is a private hospital and people pay through their nose to go there, this behaviour will not be appreciated. I don't recommend this place unless you love them..."
