"Advised the cashier this afternoon 27 Oct about a bird stuck on the awning spikes outside the front of the store put there to deter birds from nesting. She gave a heartless response about there being nothing she can do. I questioned her response. She fobbed me off. Perhaps she could notify centre management. Perhaps she could show concern for the defenceless bird stuck on the awning outside their shop. Perhaps she could take some responsibility. I suggested to her that her response was shocking and unacceptable. We argued a little .... and after I called her actions heartless she accused me of being a cranky man. Needless to say i sorted out the bird issue for Chemist Outlet myself. I’ll never be returning to this shop again. However i will advise centre management that the Awning spikes are impaling wildlife."
