"This is disappointed. As this was the first time I had my dog in boarding Kennel, I did the research. I saw this ABBA was rated high and seems clean and professional. I left my dog for 6 nights. Although they sent one picture every other day, I thought ok as long as they looked after my dog well. On the day I picked him up, his feet were all wet and all over urine, which means they didn't give him enough outdoor time. One day after home, he was so sick, he's been vomiting for the whole day, and the second day he started diaherea for 4 days. Very sad to see my little one suffering from this. Won't be using ABBA boarding ever again."

"Excellent service. The front of house workers are always very friendly and professional. I have used other more expensive boarding facilities in the inner city who treat your dog like a number on a spreadsheet. Kip staff members truly care and treat the dogs with respect. Highly recommended."

"I left my 2 Shiba Inu dogs here for the 14 day training program. I’ve only had them back home for a few hours but the difference is astounding. Communication with the team was excellent and I got frequent photo updates of their well being. I will definitely trust them for boarding whenever I have to travel."

"We came back from holiday and boarded our dog for 3 weeks with Abba Dog Boarding Kennel. Our dog came back very under weight, subsequently with dandruff, which he never had before and yet some new scars from his nose, which he never had before. Staff stated that our dog only ate during the night and they left the food for him in the evening but we really doubt about this statement. In regarding their operating time, they don't operating during the public holiday hence if you wanted to picked up your dog, you have to wait until end of public holiday or before, which was very inconvenience. We don't know how this kennel could have this high rank but we shared our true experience with everyone who wish to board your dog with them and be aware of the situation."

"Dropped off my German Shepherd in for the 3 weeks of training. In the end, we had a very comprehensive handover. Since my dog has been home even before continuing the training he is already so much more calm around the house. Would 100% recommend, Michael explained everything with absolute detail."
