"We've been using Xtreme regularly for a few years now, their service standards needs improvement especially waiting time for customers can be unreasonable sometimes, they may be short staffed but even with two staff members sometimes one seems to be preoccupied or both serving the same customer which takes forever, I've ended up waiting whilst the staff member is happily chatting with one customer while the line was growing and customers getting impatient. There needs to be some level of professionalism, better coordination between staff or even external vendors and particularly a sense of urgency as customers don't have all day!! Also they could help save time by calling people when medicines arrive instead of making them wait at the store."
