"Staff named Julia was so rude with me. She needs help and learn customer service. I was regular customer but not anymore. Because of her im choosing chemist house otherwise i loved the product and service. Thanks."
"Very helpful service investigating and providing what we needed. Thank you to Pharmacist Greg."
"Don't people know that if the supplier's price increases then so too does the price to the customer?!? When no one could source RAT kits anywhere this pharmacy did and they paid a premium to do so and that gets passed on to us ... the consumer. Other businesses were charging $30, $40 and $50 for the same product. Good on them for getting to us the product we all wanted when we wanted it during a time when no one else was prepared to or able to assist. Excellent community service from an excellent pharmacy and staff."
"Very impressed and satisfied with the service there. I normally go to Chemist Warehouse next door to get my medical needs but after a few bad experiences I decided to go to the Campsie Drug Store. The pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable but there was a staff member there called Erin who went above and beyond for her customers. While I was waiting for meds to be ready I watched her serving customers in the store and then came to me twice to check if I was being looked after. No chemist I’ve ever experienced customer service at that level. Thank you Erin for providing exceptional customer service especially during covid lockdown times.Excellent Service!!!"
"My wife and I wanted a pharmacist to witness a signature for our 5 month old infant for a children's passport on a Sunday night. In this instance the pharmacist wanted to charge $5 for this service. Normally I wouldn't care too much for this except: 1. Other pharmacies (including non-discount pharmacies) would provide this at no charge as a gesture of goodwill 2. the pharmacist avoided contact with us and had his assistant to tell us (she appeared apprehensive to inform us as if she was expecting verbal abuse) 3. the pharmacist was too busy talking to a child on speakerphone about bedtime whilst dispensing a prescription in front of a customer 4. it seemed that we were being treated like mugs At no point we were angry or abusive and was happy to wait for the pharmacist to finish his dispensing. However, it was obvious that this gentleman saw us as a pair of freeloading peasants and felt entitled to charge us as we didn't appear to buy anything from the store. This was even more apparent when he didn't acknowledge us and took an ivory tower approach by having his assistant inform us about a $5 charge for two signatures. In contrast, the pharmacy down the road had a pharmacist willing to talk to us, sign our documents, greeted our infant and even offered a balloon (politely declined but appreciated the gesture). Although other people (including the pharmacist on duty) might think that people should just move on and get over it, who in the right mind would want to come back if you are treated as an inconvenience because you weren't "buying stuff". I felt empathetic to the assistant which served us as I felt she was being thrown under a bus by this pharmacist. Anyway, that was my experience at this particular Discount Drug Store. As an aside, the child that the pharmacist was talking to over speakerphone managed to go to bed, so it's all good."
