"Staff at the front counter deserve 5 stars. Staff during the week at the dispensary are dreadful. They are rude and not willing to check if any of the medications not available are at the central warehouse and can be transferred. On two occasions I knew the medication was available to be transferred but they lied and said it wasn’t. I ended up traveling up to Erina CW and getting my pharmacist daughter to get it. I think I will take my business elsewhere from now on."

"Absolute incompetent people at the back. Getting a vaccine for my daughter which I can see was kept 2 steps away from the chemist in the refrigerator at the back. Was asked to wait for 10 mins (ok, but it’s right there). And “20 mins” later I finally get the vax, this is when I had already told them that the docs and nurses were waiting next door to administer the vaccine. The clownsmanship was so good that I did start to wonder if I was in a pharmacy or a circus. Other CWs are much better at handling volumes."

"I buy medications and other items from here regularly for almost a year now. The staff on the ground are helpful, however, the new in training/graduates pharmacists need more training and specifically “social skills” on how to interact and communicate with customers."

"There is one particular chemist worker who has been very rude to me both in-store and on the phone. Very purposefully unhelpful, short and simply won't listen to what you're asking. Had another bad interaction with this person on the phone today, looking for a script of mine with their response being "we've never dispensed this before" (This is my local chemist and I go quite regularly). After pushing and pushing they found the script from a few months ago even though they had just repeatedly told me (at least four times) that I had never gotten it there before. I had run out of this script and was struggling to find out if I had any repeats left and this person again was unkind, completely lacking compassion and any help in aiding me to figure out the situation. I gave up. This same person has also been very condescending when dispensing my medication in person as there had been a small gap in between me getting my medication there - accusing me of not taking it daily like I should... when in fact I never miss a day. I don't usually leave reviews like this it's just super unpleasant every time I have to deal with this person. Every other worker there has been kind and helpful."
