"This pharmacy used to be my local go to. No more. When RAT tests first can out and there was a shortage I went in to see if they had any. Happened to get there as they got stock. However I was waiting at the counter behind a gentleman who was also asking for price. They spoke to him in Canto and said $50 for a box of 5. I thought great, they're not upping prices ridiculously. He didn't buy any and said he'd come back. I then went up and asked the not so friendly woman who was serving. She then informed me that it was $80 for a box of 5. So now you're just charging different prices? I didn't think to review at the time but just had another terrible experience with them yesterday. My parents can claim free RAT tests due to healthcare cards. They went in to purchase prescription medicine last month and were asked if they'd like to claim their RATs. They declined as they were registered elsewhere. When they went yesterday to claim, the pharmacy told them that Discount Day & Night had already claimed their portion for the month. That is actually atrocious. How many other scams are they running at the moment? Terrible terrible pharmacy."
"SCAMMERS - they claimed the free RAT tests from my in laws, even though they were registered elsewhere and told them they did not want to claim free tests with them. Have found out today they registered them anyway and already claimed the tests. Do not visit this pharmarcy, will be contacting health department to report them. Would give negative 5 stars if we could."
"Unbelievably Rude pharmacist that I ever seen , I bought an arm sling , they gave me the wrong size (child size) , in less than ten minutes I realised and took it back for exchange, they did have any , I asked for refund , she said we are not refunding go to fair trading. I never dealt with such rude and un reasonable person."
"The WORST customer service by cashier, Yvonne. Seemed annoyed to help a customer, and very rude in her dealings. I will not be continuing my business there, all because of this appalling customer service. IAbsolutely disgusting the way she treated a customer. DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this place. Go to the pharmacy in Eastwood or at Carlingford Court instead! If I could, I would give it 0 stars or 1/2 a star. I am complaining directly to the manager with details. Judging from a previous review, it sounds like it might be the same cashier, or the pharmacy simply doesn't care for its customers by not training their staff properly or encouraging their rude behaviour! Management needs to know their cashiers are single handedly losing them business. Why give your money to a business who doesn't care? Go somewhere else!"
