"This week waited out front at 8.55am, at 9.05am asked through door what time they open. (Staff saw me waiting!). Young girl came to door saying cleaner had been late (floor not completely dry) so they couldn’t let anyone in, not even to get gift card. All you had to do was put a sign on the door to let your customers know!! And don’t look at customers waiting outside and just ignore them. I certainly will not go there again"
