"Attempted to engage the services of Ben regarding objection to an ATO audit. I emailed some information to him to assist with next steps/ costs. On our second phone call, I felt extremely uncomfortable speaking to him because it genuinely felt like he was interrogating me (or that he could not interpret or comprehend the information provided to him). I also found it quite odd he was giving me examples about his business related logbook travel as a comparison against my logbook knowing our roles are vastly different. I also found Ben rude and abrupt. I needed to engage someone who supported my position but not question it (This was a red flag). In the end I felt Ben lacked the strength or common understanding to run with my objection and so I immediately terminated engagement with him."
