"Good service nice staff to deal with was a bit misterfied about being asked for ID when picking up my purchase never had that before bit strange if you ask me. One other thing if my purchase had been delivered would I still have to show some ID when it was delivered."

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't even deserve one star. They like to get the full payment prior to delivery and when it comes to refund because of poor and defective quality of purchased item, they are not interested in you at all. They are good in "Apologising" every time when you ring for not having received the refund, and keep saying they will contact or email the supplier. This was for a 3 seated sofa ordered in April which was damaged and dirty on first delivery and the same quality problem for the replacement that was sent. The process for returning the defective items was another nightmare before they finally decide to pick them up from the house . To finally have the refund, I had to deal with the supplier myself and after contacting them three times, I finally receive the refund yesterday. This shop is not recommended for business."
"Appalling service. We went up to the checkout to purchase a rug in our hands. We were told they cannot sell this to us even though the rug was actually in our hands ready to be purchased. Can appreciate mistakes happen. The girl at the counter who helped us was lovely and she called over the manager. The manager did not offer an apology, did not even give us so eye contact or offered us a resolution. She let the poor checkout girl handle the situation while she was next to her and did nothing. She might need some training in delivering customer service. If you buy from here and go up to pay, beware, the item you have in your hand you might not be able to walk out of the store with!"
