"I had gone to this place to lodge my and my wife’s returns for the first time. It was an horrible experience, there was one lousy old lady who has no knowledge of what she is doing. After lodgement I was told that I will be getting a small refund and now I have to pay over $500 to the ATO and when I called her back she is saying that she had considered a medical levy of 2% instead of 3% so I have to pay the ATO. When I asked her why she was not aware she started giving me reasons that she did not know and was not ready to talk to me and just disconnected the call. Please avoid going to this tax agent and don’t loose your hard earned money"
