"Absolutely rude, immature, and disgusting experience. I approached one of the ladies at the counter at the end (a blondish lady with a ponytail). She didn't wrap the vase and even didn't bother to ask. I left the store then I came back to buy a wrapping sheet and asked someone on the floor that you guys don't wrap the vase, she said we do it pls go to the counter and ask them they will do it. I went to the counter and ask from the same lady to wrap it for me pls, she said we don't have big paper, I said whatever you have pls wrap it for now. She start doing it and said I am not doing wrapping here it's not my job. I said since these wrapping sheets are here means it's your job because these papers are not outside the counter. She said pls don't be rude to me I said I am not rude to you, you are kinda rude to me. She again said I don't want to serve a rude customer I said I am not rude to you it's your job. She said I will walk away from the counter I said as you like. She said should I call the manager so you can complain I told her I am not here to complain but I want you to do your job. You need to train your staff when it comes to customer service and please hire people who are polite and respectful with people regardless of their gender, race, and racial background."
