"Depends on what you are looking for but has a wide selection of household items, party items, sweets and frozen goods. Staff are good and quick checkouts. Got a couple of steaks and proof of what you pay for cheaply is the quality you get so check that before buying. The dog liked them though :) In response to owner query re 4 stars. "Large store with a good variety of items. Unlike other discount stores, each section (homeware, craft, etc) has a large selection of items. The store is always clean and things sorted into place. Prices are good on most items and depends what you're looking for, on what you'll find a bargain on. A good chunk of the staff are very young (teenagers) who can be rude given the chance but most times, the older staff members are polite and provide good service."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Ten Tops Richmond. The services provided were completely rubbish, and the manager who I recall her name was, Cynthia, was incredibly arrogant and disrespectful. Not only did she exhibit a condescending attitude towards customers, but she also belittled the staff members, many of whom seemed to be juniors. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially from someone in a managerial position. I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you're looking for good service and a pleasant atmosphere."

"Love the shop it's the best in variety & value of that type in the shire. Like the reject shop 10x bigger& all under $10. Has great art supplies, cleaning, gardening& kitchen sections, best of all they have quality stock."
