He didn't want to hear what we were saying and kept on going about why we should spend more money. We walked away from him to find another staff member who helped us with our needs. The first staff person did not look happy that we seek help from someone else"

"Great store with an extensive variety of popular electrical goods and brands. I purchased a large variety of camera and social media equipment to service our trip around Australia at this store. Customer service in all departments is A+ considering the regular high volume of traffic. The lovely lady in the drone department was very professional and friendly she is an absolute asset."

"Continuous issues with preorders and the store being too lazy to put items on the shelf and even when they do put their products on the shelf I have today been refused service due to an issue on their end. Store has continuously gone downhill for the past couple of years that I've been going and today they've lost my business. Jb Cranbourne is so much more reliable"

"This store is my local and I felt very welcoming on my each visit to the store, however, there is always one to spoil others hard work which is why I am writing this concern here. I went in-store to buy a dashcam on Tuesday (not a crazy busy day even in-store) waited there for 10 minutes at the dashcam shelves but could not see any staff willing to look around store if any customer needs help. 3 of them running around the payment counter when no customer is waiting to pay. I finally found one staff who was just standing and sort of hiding from being called. I asked her if i can get assistance and received a reply back in a very ruthless tone, 'What do you need?' 2nd ineteraction: The price tag on dahscam was different than what is showing online so I attempted to ask if she can make sure but she didnt even let me finish and cut me off then she said this is the actual price on price tag and it cannot be reduced any further. I asked her again and she realised that she could have listened well and to cover this up she pointed on another price tag of $199 hanging below the dashcam shelve which was not even for the same model. Even after me telling her the online price $149, she just wanted to go in her own way. Looks like some serious issues going on there while managing to have stable mindset and definitely not very welcoming vibes!!"
