"We entered the store and the worker behind the counter was on a Facetime call and gestured us to wait?! Then, we bought our products to the desk and he scanned it - the price wasn't correct (like usual). We informed him he charged us extra then he looked at the screen and offered to take 35 cents off when he should've taken $1.95 off to match the actual price. We said we won't buy it because he overcharged us, then claimed it "wasn't on special" and did a hand gesture to leave the store. P.S - if there was less that one full star, I would give that WHOLE shop negative stars. Worst customer service ever. UPDATE: I've tried to enter the store two times this week and the worker would see me outside the door and not let me in! The lights were on and he was clearly behind the counter yet decides to lock the door from the inside and let his customers wonder what is going on without a sign on the door. Very disappointing and not fulfilling it's role as a 'customer service based' convenience store :/"
