"Staff member Provina is an incompetent and unskilled team member who will not accept refunds or exchanges despite company policy and consumer law stating otherwise. Was required to go to a different store abd received the appropriate service. Avoid this store and its team of diversity hires and university students who do not care about their responsibilities."
"The staff members in fish/seafood and hot meals sections are really rude, they look like they do not want to serve customers at all. I was at seafood counter at this arvo around 2:00 to 2:30 and witness that their poor service delivered to customers. Shame !"
"My worst experience with the "Vegemite coin" is, the staff is rude, and feel like they said no to you on purpose, from the first Yellow coin to the Red coin and the last Black coin, been there at least 20 times in the morning and lunchtime and bought somethings and every time the staff telling me "no more, all gone, come back tomorrow, haven't received any, not available...", and never get one. The Red Coin, I was there on the first launching day in the morning the staff said haven't received any, and afternoon tell the same, Thursday morning and afternoon tell the same said haven't received any, and Friday morning said they are all gone on Wednesday, so no more."
"I reported about unsafety thing as they let the pallet on the floor where people keep passing by on that aisle. This is unsafe for everybody. But the staff just ignored it. Wondering have they been trained about safety before they work there ? Ridicolous woolworths that i never experienced it before."
"One of the best Woolies out there. Has friendly and helpful staffs and almost everything. You get everything right from plants to magazines. Varied number of bakery, meats and snacks. Stocked up kitchenware and desserts. From international food to tinned food. You have it all. The space between aisles are smooth enough for prams and trolleys. Absolutely recommended ❤️"
