"The lady working there was very rude to my elderly mother. She raised her voice at my mother for asking a simple question about a product. What a shame. Never going back."
"You can get DANT KANTI PASTE OF INDIA ORIGIN"
"It has all indian groceries at reasonable price. Staffs are very helpful in locating each item."
"A while ago, I used to shop at this store frequently, but since big supermarkets sell similar items for cheaper prices, I rarely visit this shop now. There was a friendly and helpful male staff member, but I have had multiple negative experiences with an unfriendly lady and a male at the cashier. Therefore, I advise you to be cautious if you are paying in cash, as she/he may overcharge or give incorrect change. If you pay by card, she may require a minimum spend of $5. Additionally, if you inquire about a product, she may direct you to the highest-priced item without any friendliness. Even the male staff member at the cashier does the same. As a result, I have reduced my visits to this store unless I genuinely need something. Generally, this store has items that are close to the product’s expiry date, so be careful with your purchases. Additionally, please ensure that you check the shelf price, as the they may charge you a higher price at the counter and state it as the new price. Nowadays, most South Asian groceries are available at big supermarkets, especially rice, dhal, etc., at lower prices even on non-promotion days. Purchasing items at big supermarkets offer better value for money and freshness. Therefore, I recommend that you consider my feedback before you shop at this shop.I hope the shop will consider a change in their business strategy with the feedback I have provided."
"Purchased a 2kg yoghurt from pacific market. Opened the box, and found mouldy spores even the use by date was 2 weeks away. We reported the problem to store owner, who refused to replace product, unless it was brought to the store on same day. As we live 15 km from store, we were unable to bring product back on same day. Owner refused to refund, and said if he were to honor all such requests, he would be running a loss. Attached photo of yoghurt -"
