"The Caucasian cashier middle aged woman with short hair is straight up racist. Being Asian descent, didn’t even say a word to me. 3 customers before me (all Caucasian background)- she greeted all of them with a big smile and waved have a good day. As soon as she saw me, smile faded and not a single word uttered and this is not the first time that has happened. Produce is okay but expensive. Don’t bother going there if you’re Asian descent because customer service they provide is based on your ethnicity."

"It’s always a pleasure to shop at this little friendly local grocery shop. Immaculately displayed fresh produce, speciality herbs & spices, condiments, ready made salads, yoghurts, dips & crackers, breads and sweets and more! Great thing about this shop is they carry quite a few gluten free items. Lastly but not the least, the staff members are always helpful and attentive."

"I usually don't leave negative reviews but I've never had a checkout person try to humiliate me before. Seeing that I was struggling with multiple bags and caring for an elderly person, the woman there decided to have some fun at my expense, tossed aside the bag I handed her, and dumped the groceries from the cart on top of it. She then tried to hurry me along while I packed the bag, and laughed when I pointed out that I was going as fast as I can. I was in a mind to leave the groceries behind but I needed to get my elderly charge home. After I paid she sarcastically shouted "I hope you have a wonderful day." I hope she is pleased with her little power trip because it's cost the store hundreds of dollars of future patronage. I would suggest the owners review this person's performance but I suspect it's a family business so they're probably stuck with her. My condolences."

"My mum bought bananas from across the road, and went over to fruit box to get other fruits. She was then accused of stealing the bananas. She was in complete shock. She went back to the shop where she got the bananas Ana’s asked for a receipt. She took it back to fruit box, only to be told “that doesn’t prove anything “. She was really embarrassed and couldn’t even defend herself (shouldn’t have to, anyways). She hasn’t been back since. This morning, she went to the other fruit shop, where she got the bananas, and the checkout lady told her the crazy lady from fruit box came to ask her if my mum actually had bought the bananas from her. What the heck? My mother has been buying from them for over 10 years. The way that lady treated my mum (and nobody stopped the woman) was just outrageous. Not going back to a place that treat their customers like that. Shame"

"My favourite local greengrocers. The produce is always excellent quality. Prices are often just a little more than supermarkets but well worth it in terms of convenience and quality. Great range of specialty deli items and dried as well as fresh herbs. The flower selection is also fresh and reasonably priced. Checkout team are always friendly and efficient."
