"Not only have I gotten a surprise full packets of both salt and pepper in my burger making it inedible, it doesn't matter what notes or changes you make to your meal, you will receive the base product that appear on the menu and 50/50 chance of it being cold. Tonight I decided to use the Macca's app, thinking it would turn out better somehow... My meal is wrong, and the extra money I spent on my meal is nowhere to be seen. They do NOT answer their phone and when trying to contact someone who will help, they will tell you to come back down with no other options, even if your low income and can't be throwing money around just to receive what I was suppose to get in the first place... I just want what I paid for or my money back. I don't think I'll come to this store again."

"I have a few things I need to address and a few names I'll be saying. First - Allyra Last week, I came through the drive through and was a bit confused on what chicken product I should order. Allyra at the window was so polite and helpful, it truly made my day. Second - Diandra Even though I could tell she was stressed, her customer service was exquisite. I'd definitely come through the drive through and hope to be served by her!! Finally - Makaile Now... I hate making complaints, but it NEEDS to be said. I don't know what's happened in her life, but she was very disrespectful towards her staff members, rudely telling them to do tasks. I heard this all through the speaker box and windows. I hated hearing her make others feel bad about themselves, personally I hope she gets some sort of talking to, because if this goes on, there may not be any more staff left to keep this store open."

"Poor service, chicken n cheese had quarter cheese slice and and poor packing, if you doing your job kids do it properly!"

"I ordered a McChicken from this maccas. I rang them up to let them know and they were extremely disrespectful and rude. They refused to help or fix this issue. The McChicken was not fresh at all, it seemed like it had been cooked in oil for way too long or left out for hours. Not to mention the fries were the same. I’m extremely disappointed with the poor behaviour from the male manager and female worker. Not good enough. Worst maccas ever."

"The food was 'fresh' and hot despite the long wait time. The staff were working hard on serving the huge amount of customers, but the place is so filthy and facility cleanliness has been sorely neglected. The very young staff took the time to quickly clear tables of rubbish (please be a decent human being and put your own rubbish in the trash, goodness.) however, no wiping down the tables and the floor was disgusting. The bathrooms were horrendous. The smell emanating from them all the way to the dining area. The playground was also so very filthy. I feel sorry that management expects the children that work hard in the kitchen, to also be janitorial stuff. I am certain with how many patrons they have, management could afford a designated cleaner to keep the area clean, but, at the state it is in with Covid and everything, I won't be dining in with my family again."
