"Cabramatta woolworths freezers work which is more than I can say for Fairfield woolworths and Fairfield coles. It doesn't have a good vegan selection of anything but it's stocked well with general items. It was the quietest place to shop for years. No screaming kids, no loud staff and just good music. They've added some new staff that are much louder, so instead of just pointing at the avaliable self service check out like the pleasant Asian lady does, the new guy yells out constantly which ruins the vibe and has me looking for a less noisy place to shop again."

"First time got a Woolworths staff going through my grocery bag at self-service. I am sure that it is part of his job, but I think Woolworths Cabramatta can train your staff to approach a customer in a more professional way, so here I’d like to post my experience for other customers to be aware. The staff stepped in said ‘Excuse me Ma’am’ when I was scanning the groceries. I thought he’s trying to help which I didn’t know what help I needed, so I gave way to him, he went to my grocery bag and dug out a few products instantly and checked, then he left the messed up and said ‘all good’. I realised that he suspected that I was stealing things. I was very embarrassed since my teenage son was right beside me. It will be professional if he could explain what he’s going to do and why, and get my permission before going through my bag. It’s an unpleasant, uncomfortable, and embarrassing shopping experience in this store. Please train your staff properly Woolworths!"

"Great place to shop, from the first step out of the train you will feel the good atmosphere of a crowded but in the same time well organized shopping center which I like to call the shopping village due to its vaste, enormous space specialized in offering an uncountable variety of foods and drinks."

"I’ve felt liked when i’ve go throughout with same or sometime see that person! With the other staff who work in the check out don’t treat me liked that when the same person! I’ve come across won’t mentioned! When I'm made a payment on the self check out I’ve feel interrogate and treated liked a criminal a lot time knowing how pressure I’ve feel and how uncomfortable I’ve feel I’m shop! and been question for the wrong reason! Accused of stealing when it been paid!! Feeling liked I’m been there I don’t have a problem shopping there without feeling I’m question about my experience and going there since forever! A lot of it feel liked the changed and environment is so so for me!"

"Woolworths Cabramatta is a great part of cabramatta to serve the local customers what they would be missing from the other Asian stores/fruit markets. It has been around since the 80s and as a result it is and as a result the store was developed for a place in time that did not put in consideration for a population increase due to migrations. This makes it difficult for the store to sufficiently keep it inventory on the shelf, the store has undergone rennovations throughout the year but ideally needs to expand it floor space to meet demand. They have in years shrunk isle spaces and made efficiency and effectiveness where possible so that more goods can he stocked. This results in the isle being more narrow than previous iterations of the store. The store is always fully stocked in the morning and clean but it struggles as the day stretches on, shortages begin to appear as customers drive inventory down and due to increased foot traffic the store gets dusty and sticky and due to a narrow layout, it is difficult to clean the store. Otherwise this store has everything you could possibly need, a deli, seafood, bakery, frozen and pantry goods are stocked herr from major brands and niche products suited for the local populace. People who complain about a fresh bakery not here are idiots, it cabramatta there are a dozen bakers here and you can get everything from bread, cakes to pastries. The store has self service checkout and they accept all major credit cards, eftpos and cash. They are covid compliant with QR codes and a service person to assist the elderly who do not use QR codes. The staff are hardworking and overworked in my opinion and because they look exhausted does not make them unapproachable. The lighting in my opinion needs to change from a warm orange to somthing more bright as the ambience reminds me of a store from the 90s."
