"Brought some pre-packaged chicken thigh fillets. 2 days later I went to cook it and it had gone off. It wasn't out of date according to the label and this isn't the first time I've brought pre-packaged food to find out its mouldy or off. I won't be shopping for meat or other fresh produce at this store. (Reply to owner: how do you know which day I brought this meat? The meat was off when I purchased it because it takes me less than 5 minutes to get home and put it in the fridge. This is not the first time I have purchased meat from your supermarket and it has been rancid before the due date. Maybe it is time to update your refrigeration.)"
"Very poor policy and service. I was just prevented from taking my shopping to the car park in a shopping trolly because I would not buy over priced bags. It took me three trips in the rain, thanks a lot. Coles and Woolworths do it no probs. You guys just lost a 30 year customer."
