"I had a c-section 2 weeks ago....unfortunately I was low on food items so I had to go get a few things I got to the checkouts and notice no one was their besides 2 works at selfserve talking to each other I asked if I was able to be served on a registered which they declined and was rude about it...they stood their and continued to chat to each other I then asked for their store mangers name also got their names i told them i was going to contact their manger because they where extremely rude and refused to serve me i said to them as a customer and also someone who works for coles i knows my rights ohh boy did their whole attitude changed and surprise surprise one decided to come over and help....I work at Coles im a supervisor in service (diffrent store) and if we declined serving a customer we would get into alot of trouble it's our job to serve someone who wants to be served at a checkout...."
"They have a different raincheck policy to other Coles stores and the supervisor on duty with glasses was not helpful at all. Was spoken rudely to by staff 7558 who also gave the wrong info about stock availability. In the end, the male 7pm duty manager solved the problem by finding more stock at the back. It's a disgrace to have such staff working in the first place. Why hire such person who just simply says anything out of her mouth when it isn't true? Clearly deceiving and disrespectful. Spent a whole 45 mins waiting for a solution. Is it worth it? You decide."
"Coles stores always present well. Little bit more expensive, never a problem finding what I want. . Great undercover parking. Staff friendly. Prefer do my shop here than woolies."
"The milk fridge here is always disgusting! Look at the "fresh" mozzarella in their deli window, it almost made me hurl! Coles, you are a bunch of grubs!! 16/8/22 i checked out the mozzarella in the deli window, disgusting as usual! What GRUBS you are!!"
"Easy parking just outside of the entrance. Wet tissue is provide at the entrance which is very convenient for customers. Managed to grab some half priced items. Not very crowded during our night visit. Juice machine and mochi bar has been added at the entrance lately. Its a great gesture to provide wet wipes and sanitiser by the entrance near to the trolley but I find the wet wipes to be constantly running out!"
