"Just moved into the area so thought I would check out my local small businesses. Was looking forward to having a deli across the road and trying all their goodies. Male staff member (Owner?) was quite rude when I tried to spark a conversation. He looked me up and down like I was not worthy of being in there. I wonder why that could have been sir? (Well I think I know why but will not put it on a public forum) Um, I just won’t be back. Good luck!"
"I bought some biltong, classic pickled herring, and fish balls. It was all tasty and felt home made. It's all a little expensive but I guess when you are doing this all by hand it is a bit time consuming. They have a selection of South African products on the shelves."
"I stop here regularly for coffee. It's in a convenient location. I'd rate it higher however it frustrates me that the products on the shelves have no prices!!! It's awkward to have to ask for a price when lining up to pay. Surely a simple thing to label the shelf?"
"It's not often (never, infact) that I write a review about a place I ran into once to get a coffee. But Biancas Deli just had a vibe that was positive, warm, interesting, authentic. And the two gentlemen working that day were polite, to the point, relaxed, and made an excellent coffee!! It was delicious. They had a 'different from the usual' range of foods and tiny tables to sit at if you want to escape the heat. Love it in there."
"Great little local find! New things for me to explore & try. South African goodies imported. Fresh sandwiches & bagels daily + Pies @ goodies for you to cook at home + salads & yummies made on the premises. #shoplocal"
